CHESHUNT RIFLE AND PISTOL CLUB

Each year we celebrate the long history of the Club at our Founders Day - an occasion when members invite family and friends - and we sometimes have special guests along too from the community and wider world.

The following link takes you to a YouTube video made by one of our members (Alan Amor) in 2008 at this event - and gives you a flavour of some of the types of shooting carried out at the ranges.

A  couple of other clips of fast action in the Practical Shotgun section can be found on YouTube too...... clip1   and clip2

MAY 2011 - Annual Founders Day - a chance for invited friends and family, along with members, to enjoy some of the other disciplines and to see what members do outside the Club - we have military vehicle enthusiasts, folk with large guns too big for our ranges....(photos courtesy of Dave Shea)

Even our own fly past!! - Well actually for another event down the road - but.........

On Sunday 5th April 2009 a team of six target shooters went to Bisley to take part in the Hertfordshire team challenge - two were regular full-bore shooters - the rest were .22 target rifle shooters trying this for the first time. We were made very welcome - and had a great day out!  Some photos of the day are shown below..(courtesy of Terry Baldwin)
