Benchrest shooting has become very popular within the club in the last few years. Originally taken up by a number of members who found the other disciplines ratehr difficult physically, this section has now attracted a whole range of competitors

Joan Longhurst won the UK .22 Benchrest Summer 2010 Ladies competition

Ron Harding gained Silver in the Hunter 2010 Summer League

Joan Longhurst won Gold in the .22 Rifle Unlimited UKBenchrest Ladies UK Winter 2009/10 - and was 9th out of 55 overall.

Ron Harding took Silver in both Hunter and Unlimited Air at 25yds
